The 30-day timeline described on this site applies to standard commercial activities for foreign-owned entities, and begins once scope is confirmed — not when you first contact us.

It depends materially on Saudi government processing times, the completeness and accuracy of the documents you provide, and your business activity. Regulated sectors require additional licensing and take longer. A General Manager will usually need to visit the Kingdom in person to complete medical checks and finalise bank account opening.

The timeline is an indicative estimate based on typical engagements. It is not a contractual commitment or a guarantee.

Licences, registrations, visas and residency permits are issued at the discretion of Saudi government authorities. We prepare, submit and advance your file, and we use our relationships to do so effectively — but no advisor can guarantee an approval, and we do not.

Package contents shown on this site describe scope in general terms. Exact deliverables, fees and government charges are confirmed in writing in your proposal before any engagement begins.

Where a paid consultation is required before a proposal is issued, this is stated at the point of application.
